“The Barkhausen” is equipped with a full kitchen, multiple lounge areas, as well as restrooms with showers. The 2-way fireplace provides warmth and a relaxing environment inside and also adds charm to the large outdoor pergola. The jewel of The Barkhausen is its glass showroom where members can enjoy the sights of a revolving assortment of unique vehicles and displays. Head upstairs to shoot a game of pool on the mezzanine, or reserve our private Conference Room for your next family party or business meeting.

Our custom-built Motor Condos are designed to commercial standards and include all utilities you would expect to have at home. Each unit comes with water, sewer, and individually metered natural gas and 200A electric service. The Base Package includes a 14x14ft insulated overhead door with jackshaft operator, floor drain, roughed in bathroom, and fully insulated walls/ceiling. The options are limitless and fully customizable!

Woodfield Court Motor Condos is designed with the owner in mind at every turn. 50ft wide asphalt drive aisles, wide corners, and circular flow allow easy access for large boats and RV’s. 14ft tall overhead doors are standard on all buildings to tower over even the tallest motorhomes. Our 50+ acre development features an underground storm water management system throughout, and an extra high finished grade lifts the entire development to the same elevation as Interstate Highway 41.

Have peace of mind and know that your possessions are safe within the gates of Woodfield Court Motor Condos. 24/7 access is granted to Motor Condo owners only through a wireless fob or keypad at one of two main gates. Video monitoring covers the entrances and common areas. Data is also available inside each Motor Condo allowing for additional, optional personal security systems.

Attached to the back of The Barkhausen is our community Wash Bay and RV/Marine Dump Station. No more waiting in line to rinse off your boat, or use the campground dump station. Now you can enjoy your recreational time away and take care of the cleanup once you return - without having to disrupt your own Motor Condo. The Wash Bay is a drive-through 30x60ft stall with plenty of space to get the job done right. Membership also includes all lawn care, snow removal, trash/recycling area, and maintained communal areas.
